Ingredients

  • 1/2 (8 ounce.) pkg. herb stuffing (2 c.)
  • 1 1/2 c. minced, cooked chicken
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1 med. onion, minced (1/2 c.)
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 ounce. (1/2 c.) Swiss or possibly Mozzarella, shredded

Directions

  1. Sprinkle 1 c. stuffing in a buttered 8x8x2 inch pan. Sprinkle chicken, celery and onion. Top with remaining stuffing. Beat Large eggs slightly in medium bowl. Stir in lowfat milk and salt. Pour over stuffing and sprinkle with cheese. Chill 1 hour or possibly overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min or possibly till puffy and golden brown. Remove to wire rack. Let stand 10 min. M-m-m good! 6-8 servings.
