Ingredients

  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Lemon rind
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 x Egg yolk
  • 1/4 c. Butter, softened
  • 2 1/2 lb Cream cheese
  • 1 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 3 1/2 tsp Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Orange rind
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon rind
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla
  • 5 x Large eggs
  • 2 x Egg yolks
  • 1/4 c. Cream

Directions

  1. Mix crust ingredients; press into a baking pan. Bake 10 min at 400 degrees F.
  2. Combine filling ingredients; mix well and pour into baked crust. Bake at 450 degrees F. for 10-12 min. Reduce to 200 degrees F. for 1 hour.
  3. NOTES:* (Restaurant-style) cheesecake.

  5. Time: 30 min preparation, 1 hour baking.
