Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1 lb Cheese tortellini, cooked
  • 1 x Recipe Bolognese Sauce
  • 1 c. Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a ceramic gratin dish with the butter. Toss the pasta with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Line the bottom of the prepared dish with the pasta. Spoon the sauce over the pasta. Sprinkle the cheese over the sauce. Place in the oven and bake for about 8 to 10 min or possibly till the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
