Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ricotta cheese
  • 1 lb Cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 x Lemon, juice of
  • 4 Tbsp. Flour
  • 4 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 lb Margarine
  • 1 pt Lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except lowfat sour cream till smooth. Put in 10-inch spring pan. Cook 1-1/2 hrs at 325. Turn off oven & leave in oven for 1-1/2 hrs more. Put on lowfat sour cream as topping. Will last in refrigerator 2 weeks.
  2. Sufficient mix for 2 cakes.
