Ingredients

  • 1 x Zucchini, (brunoise)
  • 1 x Yellow squash, (brunoise)
  • 1 x Eggplant, (brunoise)
  • 1 x Red and green pepper, (brunoise)
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Oyster sauce
  • 7 x Piecees asparagus, (up to 9)
  • 1 sprg chive

Directions

  1. Saute/fry vegetables with ginger and garlic till crisp. Add in soy sauce and oyster sauce.
  2. Place ring mold in center of plate. Cut asparagus in half lengthwise and mold to the insides of ring mold. Add in Asian Ratatouille. Tie with chives.
  3. Yield: 1 serving
