Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 4 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 x Bay leaf
  • 1 dsh Red pepper
  • 1/2 x Juice of 1 lemon
  • 8 Tbsp. Tomato catsup
  • 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 lb Shrimp, cooked

Directions

  1. Cream butter and flour. Add in lowfat milk and make a thick cream sauce. Add in remaining ingredients, except shrimp. Salt and pepper to taste. Add in cooked shrimp and heat till very warm. Serve with rice.
