Ingredients

  • 1 lb Grnd beef, lean
  • 1 x Tomato, sliced
  • 3 x Zucchini, sliced thin Salt & pepper
  • 4 ounce Green chilies, diced
  • 1/4 c. Green onions, sliced
  • 3 c. Rice, cooked
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 2 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 2 c. Cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Saute/fry BEEF,ZUCCHINI,ONION,SALT, GARLIC Pwdr AND CHILI Pwdr IN A LIGHTLY GREASED SKILLET Till MEAT IS NO LONGER PINK, AND VEGETABLES ARE TENDER-CRISP. STIR FREQUENTLY Add in GREEN CHILES, RICE, Lowfat sour cream AND 1 C. OF THE CHEESE. TURN INTO A GREASED SHALLOW 2 Qt CASSEROLE. ARRANGE TOMATO SLICES ON TOP. SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER, AND TOP WITH REMAINING CHEESE. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES 25 TO 30 Min Or possibly Till CHEESE BROWNS.
