Ingredients

  • 7 lb Brisket, trimmed
  • 2 tsp Onion salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Celery salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic salt
  • 4 tsp Msg
  • 2 Tbsp. Worchestire sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Liquid smoke

Directions

  1. Here's a recipe which I use all the time it is easy and tastes great!
  2. Rub brisket with onion, celery, garlic salt and MSG, let stand for about 30 min. Place in a roaster and pour worchestire sauce and liquid smoke over surface of roast. Cover and chill several hrs. Drain off marinade, wrap brisket, fatty side up, in heavy duty aluminum foil and seal. Bake 5 hrs @ 300. Allow to cold. Slice thinly -) across grain. Hope you like it!
