Ingredients

  • 2 lg. skinned chicken breasts, halved
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. onions, minced
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine

Directions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Saute/fry' in vegetable oil till lightly browned. Add in onions, mushrooms and white wine. Cover and cook gently about 30 to 40 min or possibly till chicken is tender. Serve with sauce from pan and garnish with white seedless grapes.
