Ingredients

  • 4 portobello mushrooms
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Italian bread crumbs
  • butter
  • chopped garlic
  • shredded motzarella cheese
  • serves 4

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs in equal portions. In another bowl, heat one stick of butter in microwave and add in chopped garlic to taste.
  2. Wash mushrooms and place one at a time in butter coating both sides. Roll in bread crumbs.
  3. Place in casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese overall. Cover dish and bake at 375 for 20-30 min till the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
  4. Serve with baby spinach and radicchio salad with honey mustard Dijon dressing.
  5. Serve immediately.
