Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. 1% lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Honey
  • 1/8 tsp Warm pepper sauce
  • 1 1/2 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast halves, (cut in 1" strips)
  • 1 c. Kellogg's Corn Flake Crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Dry thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Dry tarragon
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper

  2. Combine lowfat milk, honey & warm pepper sauce. Add in chicken strips & marinate at least 10 min.
  3. Combine cornflakes, ginger, thyme, tarragon & cayenne. Dip the chicken strips into the cornflake mix.
  4. Place the chicken on a jelly roll pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 400 F for 10 - 15 min till crispy. Serve with blue cheese dressing, if you like.
