  • 1 lrg Radish, peeled Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Miso
  • 1 sm Chilli
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar Coriander leaves


  1. Peel and slice the radish. Simmer in water till soft. Stir in sliced chilli, miso and sugar and cook for a further 5 min. Serve in bowls scattered with coriander or possibly shredded nori.
