Ingredients
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 lbs. flounder or possibly haddock
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. paprika
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions
Mix cracker crumbs with butter. Spread over fillets. Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese and paprika. Spread on can of mushroom soup. Bake at 350 degrees 40 min. Serves 4.
