Ingredients
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 lbs. flounder or possibly haddock
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions
- Mix cracker crumbs with butter. Spread over fillets. Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese and paprika. Spread on can of mushroom soup. Bake at 350 degrees 40 min. Serves 4.
