Boiled Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice bread
  • 3/4 c. fine minced onion
  • 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon warm sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 quarts. boiling water

Directions

  1. Combine grnd beef, egg, onion, seasoned salt, salt, pepper, warm sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Soak bread in lowfat milk; mix well. Bring water to boil; make meatballs about the size of a large lemon. Roll in flour and place in boiling water. Boil for 13 min and remove. Serve with mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
