Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. blueberry muffin mix
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can sliced peaches
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Drain and rinse blueberries; drain peaches. Spread fruit on paper towels. In a small bowl, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter; set aside.
  2. Mix muffin batter as directed on package. Spread batter in greased 8 inch pan. Top with fruit. Sprinkle cinnamon mix on top. Bake for 25 min or possibly till golden.
