Ingredients

  • 1 stk butter, melted
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. Bisquick baking mix

Directions

  1. Add in butter and lowfat sour cream to Bisquick. Stir to combine. Don't over mix.
  2. Pour into greased or possibly papered muffin c.. Bake 425 F, 10-15 min or possibly till golden brown.
