Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. plus 2 T lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Cream shortening, sugar, add in vanilla and large eggs. Mix well. Put together dry ingredients. Add in to sugar mix. Bake in two 8 or possibly 90inch round pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 min.
