Ingredients
1 pound halibut
3/4 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. beer
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic pwdr to taste
Accent to taste
Directions
Cut halibut in 2-qt squares. Roll in batter. A healthy pinch of sugar in batter will help brown. Deep fry till brown.
