Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. fat
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 c. celery
  • 4 c. cabbage
  • 2 1/2 c. tomatoes
  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 c. bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Brown beef, onions and celery. In baking dish, place layers of meat, cabbage, then tomatoes. Top with bread crumbs, cover and bake 45 min at 375 degrees.
