Beef Tips And Gravy

Ingredients

1 pound beef tips
1 med. minced onion
1/2 c. flour

1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 c. oil

Directions

Roll beef tips in flour, salt, and pepper. Drop in warm oil. Brown; remove. Add in minced onion; saute/fry. Add in browned beef tips and water to make gravy. Cover and simmer 30 min or possibly till tender. Serve with rice, creamed potatoes, or possibly biscuits.
