Ingredients

  • 16 x Tomatoes*
  • 1 bn cilantro finely minced
  • 1 med red onion finely minced
  • 1 x clove garlic chopped
  • 2 stalk celery finely minced
  • 2 x scallions (Green Onions)
  • 1 sm sweet onion
  • 1 tsp salt black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. 2 Beefsteak, 2 Big Rainbow, 2 Early Girl, 2 Evergreen, 2 Great White, 2 Ponderosa Pink, 2 Roma , 2 Yellow Brandywine
  2. Combine first five ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Chop the onions finely and add in to large bowl. Mix salsa well. Add in the salt and pepper and mix. Let refrigeratein refridgerator at least 1 hour for flavor to combine.
  3. Note: If you would like to make this hotter, add in Jalapeno and Chili Peppers to your taste.
  4. NOTES : My children love this salsa. It is very mild and excellent to use on any mexican dish. My children love dipping tortilla chips in it!
