Ingredients

  • 2 sm frzn bananas
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat lowfat milk
  • 1 ct low-fat coffee yogurt - (8 ounce)
  • 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 1 dsh nutmeg

Directions

  1. Combine frzn bananas, lowfat milk, yogurt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a blender container. Cover and blend until smooth.
  2. To serve, pour into glasses. Garnish with fresh banana slices and mint.
  3. This recipe yields 2 servings.
