Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Basil-Garlic Sauce * see note
  • 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 x Carrot minced
  • 1 x Leek minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Hard butter
  • 2 lb Rockfish or possibly red snapper drawn

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix Basil-Garlic Sauce, lemon juice, carrot, and leek. Cut butter into small pcs. Place in rectangular baking dish, 13- by 9- by 2-inches. Place rockfish on butter. Spread vegetable mix over fish. Cover and bake 40 min or possibly till fish flakes easily with fork.
