Ingredients

  • Veg. oil
  • 1 lb Fish filets Crazy Jane salt Black pepper, freshly grnd Dill weed, crushed Butter
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 tsp Tarragon
  • 2 tsp Capers with juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Directions

  1. Spray or possibly brush cookie sheet with veg. oil. Place filets on greased surface and sprinkle with salt, pepper, dill weed and dots of butter. Bake at 375 for 6 to 8 min. Turn and bake another 6 to 8 min or possibly till fish is flaky. To make sauce heat the butter, tarragon, capers and lemon juice together. Serve sauce over hot fish.
  2. Yield: 4 servings.
