Ingredients

  • 4 x Ducks
  • 1 x Orange
  • 1 x Apple
  • 1 x Onion
  • 1/2 c. Melted butter
  • 1/2 c. Cooking wine

Directions

  1. Salt and pepper ducks. Stuff each with 1/4 orange, 1/4 apple and 1/4 onion; place in roasting pan. Combine butter and wine. Pour over ducks. Bake at 350 for 2 to 2-1/2 hrs or possibly till tender, basting every 15 min. Serve with wild rice, a vegetable and an orange-flavored congealed salad.
