Ingredients

  • 1 x YELLOW Cake Mix
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Cool Water
  • 1/2 c. Baily's Irish Cream Liquor
  • 1 pkt Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 1/2 c. Oil
  • 1 c. Minced Toasted Pecans
  • 2 ounce Butter
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/8 c. Water
  • 1/4 c. Bailey's Irish Cream

Directions

  1. Combine All Ingredients, Except Nuts, Beat till well mixed, stir in nuts.
  2. Pour into greased and floured 12 c. bundt pan and bake at 325F for 1 hour or possibly till it tests done. Cook cake 15 min and turn out onto rack. Heat glaze ingredients till melted. Poke holes in cake with meat fork and brush hot cake with 1/2 glaze mix. When cake has cooked, brush with remaining glaze mix.
