Ingredients

  • 1 pound cream cheese
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon chopped instant onion
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 2 1/2 T imitation bacon pcs
  • 40 Ritz crackers

Directions

  1. Put together cream cheese, egg yolk and onion in a large bowl. Blend till smooth. Stir in baking pwdr and bacon pcs and blend. The mix may be covered and is ready to use when you are ready at this point. Pile 1 tbsp on each cracker. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 9 min or possibly till cheese is puffed and lightly brown on top.
