Ingredients

  • 4 ripe avocados, chopped
  • 2-3 plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 4 ozs feta cheese, crumbled

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix gently. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
