Ingredients

  • 2/3 lb Asparagus
  • 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Sliced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Directions

  1. Rinse asparagus in cool water. Snap off tough ends. Slice asparagus into 1-inch pcs diagonally. Heat oil in wok over high heat 30 seconds.
  2. Stir-fry garlic till golden brown (30 seconds). Add in asparagus and salt. Stir-fry 3 min or possibly till asparagus is crisp-tender. Serve warm from wok.
  3. Serves 4.
