Ingredients

  • 1 can Condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 c. Diced cooked ham, turkey or possibly chicken
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 can (12 or possibly 15 oz) Del Monte(r) FreshCut Asparagus Spears liquid removed
  • 1 pkt (8 oz) Anthenos(r) Feta Cheese, sliced or possibly crumbled

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, heat soup, ham and lowfat milk in large skillet.
  2. Reserve 3 asparagus spears for garnish; chop remaining spear.
  3. Add in pasta and minced asparagus to skillet and toss with sauce; remove to serving dish and garnish with reserved spears.
