Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 3/4 tsp Galric pwdr
  • 2 1/4 tsp Intant beef boullion granules
  • 3/4 tsp Onion pwdr
  • 6 Tbsp. Wine vinegar
  • 6 Tbsp. Water
  • 1 1/2 tsp Grated fresh ginger
  • 3/4 c. Soy sauce
  • 3/4 c. Dark corn syrup
  • 2 2/3 c. Water

Directions

  1. Makes about 5 c.
  2. Combine cornstarch,garlic pwdr,bouillon granules,and onion pwdr. Use a whisk to stir in vinegar, 6 Tbsp. water and ginger till cornstarch is dissolved. stir in soy sauce, corn syrup and 2 2/3 c. water.
  3. Pour into a 5 c. container. Store in refrigerator and use withiin 4 weeks.
  4. Stir well before using.
