Alligator Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients

1 lb Alligator meat minced or possibly grnd 1 x Egg 1 Tbsp. Finely-minced onion 2 Tbsp. Finely-minced celery 1 Tbsp. Finely-minced parsley

2 Tbsp. Finely-minced shallots 2 tsp Lemon pepper 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 c. Bread crumbs Flour for dredging 1 c. Veg. oil

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients, form into 1-inch balls. Allow to set for 1 hour. Dredge in the flour and fry till brown. Serve warm.
