• 1 lb Alligator meat minced or possibly grnd
• 1 x Egg
• 1 Tbsp. Finely-minced onion
• 2 Tbsp. Finely-minced celery
• 1 Tbsp. Finely-minced parsley
• 2 Tbsp. Finely-minced shallots
• 2 tsp Lemon pepper
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/4 c. Bread crumbs Flour for dredging
• 1 c. Veg. oil
