Ingredients
1 lrg chicken fryer
10 med carrots
10 sm white potatoes
2 c. mushrooms
6 x celery stalks cut 3 sections each
1 c. uncooked wild rice
3 c. canned chicken broth
3 c. water
2 Tbsp. sugar melted slowly til caramelized Fresh or possibly dryed cilantro
Directions
Put all ingredients into a large covered pot and cook on 225 degrees for 6 hrs. Your kitchen will smell heavenly and this stew makes its own gravy - delicious!!!
