Ingredients
- 1 lrg chicken fryer
- 10 med carrots
- 10 sm white potatoes
- 2 c. mushrooms
- 6 x celery stalks cut 3 sections each
- 1 c. uncooked wild rice
- 3 c. canned chicken broth
- 3 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar melted slowly til
- Â Â caramelized
- Â Â Fresh or possibly dryed cilantro
Directions
- Put all ingredients into a large covered pot and cook on 225 degrees for 6 hrs. Your kitchen will smell heavenly and this stew makes its own gravy - delicious!!!
