4 Cheese, Pasta And Beef

Ingredients

  • 6 ounce tube pasta
  • 3/4 pound grnd beef
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can Del Monte chunky pasta style stewed tomatoes
  • 1 c. sliced green onions
  • 1 (3 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Cook pasta as package directs; drain. In frying pan brown meat. Salt and pepper to taste; drain. Add in tomatoes; cook, uncovered, till slightly thickened. Stir in onions and cream cheese. Toss with remaining ingredients. Cover 2 min to heat cheese. Serves 6.
