Ingredients

  • Today so far I have had a grilled cheese (wow 100 calories
  • for 1 tbsp. of butter) with one slice of cheese, ½ tabs of butter and two
  • slices of Challah bread. With the sandwich I had a 150 gram apple along with 4 tbsp.
  • of fat free plain yogurt with PB2 mixed in as a dipping sauce. It was
  • great! I am only down 10 ounces of water
