  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup Holland House® White Cooking Wine
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed or 1/2 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup quinoa, rinsed (I use Bob's Red Mill Organic Grain Quinoa)
