Directions

  1. Mix honey with hot water. Dissolve yeast in the water. Wait 5 min. Add in flour, salt and oil and 1 c. of flour. Beat 100 strokes or possibly with electric mixer for 2 min. Let rest 10 min. Stir in remaining flour. Turn out on floured surface. Knead 5 min. Let rise for 1 hour or possibly overnight. Makes sufficient for 2 large pizzas. 4 small pizzas or possibly 6 calazone.
