White Sauce Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta (your choice)
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. minced parsley
  • Dash of salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c. half & half
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to directions on package. Don't overcook! Drain well but don't rinse. Meanwhile, in a medium size skillet, saute/fry garlic in butter. Add in parsley, salt and pepper, half & half, and Parmesan cheese. Stir over heat but don't boil. Place pasta in heated bowl. Pour sauce over pasta and serve. If you like, you can sprinkle on extra Parmesan cheese before serving. Serves 4.
