White Sauce For Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 3 tbsp. floir
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon peppers
  • Potatoes for four
  • Onion
  • Cheese

Directions

  1. Heat butter in 4 c. measure in microwave. Stir in flour. Heat lowfat milk in 2 c. measure for 2 min. Stir lowfat milk into flour mix till smooth. Add in salt and pepper. Cook uncovered 5-6 min on roast or possibly till mix boils and thickens, stir twice. Pour sauce over sliced potatoes and onion. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.
