White Peppernut Cookies

This is a recipe that I found in a memo book that my great grandmother wrote her recipes in. They are a little sparse in directions and I had to get some handed down information as to how to do some things, but I am in the process of making the first batch of these AWESOME cookies and I hope they turn out even half as good as how my grandma made them... always room to figure it out!
