  • 2 c. flour (1 white, 1 wheat)
  • 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp. honey or possibly sugar
  • 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk (2/3 c. powdered lowfat milk + 1 3/4 c. water)
  • 4 tbsp. salad oil
  • 2 Large eggs

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients, including powdered lowfat milk. Stir in remaining ingredients. For lighter waffles, separate Large eggs. Beat egg whites till stiff and mix in carefully.
