  • Green Peas - 1 tblsp, soaked, drained
  • Carrot - 1, finely chopped

  • Capsicum - 1, finely chopped
  • Green Chilli - 1, finely chopped
  • Coriander Leaves - few, chopped
  • Ginger - 1/4 inch piece, peeled, chopped
  • Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Urad Dal - 1/2 tsp
  • Bengal Gram Dal - 1/2 tsp
  • Dry Red Chilli - 1
  • Cashewnuts - 1 tblsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tblsp
  • Salt as per taste
