Ingredients

  • Whole wheat flour - 100 grams (1¼ cups)
  • Dry red chillies - 4
  • Curry leaves - From 1 sprig (nearly 10 leaves)
  • Cumin seeds / Jeeragam - 1 tsp
  • Peppercorns / Milagu - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - ¾ tsp (or 1 tsp if you like it salty)
  • Sunflower oil - 6 teaspoons (90 ml) {use any odorless oil}
  • Warm water - 30 ml (or as required)
