While getting my nails done this weekend I noticed how much stronger they have become. Kim, the lady that does my nails, noticed that as well and that got me thinking about my eating habits and the beauty benefits I’ve been redeeming. My weak and brittle nails are strong, my hair is growing like it’s a weed and for the first time EVER I can proudly say I love my skin. Thank you, fruits and veggies. I love you. So let’s see what it is I’ve been eating. Thanks Jenn at Peas and Crayons for hosting. I started my morning with my ideal breakfast on the go – a Green Smoothie.
