All right, now we can talk about my good eats. Thanks Jen at Peas and Crayons for hosting this wonderful party. My day began the same as it always does – with a smoothie. This time I used 2 small carrots, 1 medium apple, 1 banana, a bunch of kale, parsley and almond milk. DELICIOUS!!!! Did you know that parsley is nutrient powerhouse rich in flavonoids, loaded with folic acid, vitamins A and C. While parsley is a wonderfully nutritious and healing food, it is often under-appreciated.
