Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. tomato juice
  • 2 c. water
  • 3 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 can French style green beans
  • 1 teaspoon sweet, fresh pepper
  • 1 teaspoon beef bouillon
  • Dash of garlic salt, chili pwdr, salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 can mushrooms, with liquid

Directions

  1. Cook all ingredients except green beans and mushrooms together. Add in green beans and mushrooms last.
  2. Heat and serve.
