Eat more vegetables. Eat less meat. Skip dessert. We all know the drill. To lose weight we need to eat better. Sounds easy to follow – if you live in utopia. But here in the real world our busy lives sometimes get in the way. So I am not going to waste your time spouting diet plan mantras. Let’s just figure out how to lose weight in a lasting, healthy way – so we are not having this same conversation again next year! If you are trying to lose weight I am in this with you.
